WHO IS THE ONLY MEMBER OF THE BEATLES THAT NEVER APPEARED ON THE JERRY LEWIS MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY TELETHON?
JOHN LENNON APPEARED WITH WIFE, YOKO ONO. SO DID PAUL MCCARTNEY AND RINGO STARR.
THAT LEAVES GEORGE HARRISON AS THE ONLY BEATLE WHO NEVER MADE AN APPEARANCE ON THE JERRY LEWIS LABOR DAY TELETHON.
In December of 1987, Jerry Lewis did a European MDA telethon that featured an appearance by Sir Paul.
No one in America saw Paul's appearance on the Telethon and it's seldom shown on the regular MDA telethon.

Eddie,
Paul did make an earlier appearance on the American MDA Telethon, but in a video of Wings' "Getting Closer" in 1979. IIRC, it
was the MDA's idea to use videos of
the big rock stars of the day as
part of the telethon. I can't remember who else made video appearances, but I do remember the Wings video.
