Your scene might not have been crucial to the storyline, but it's a very fun and memorable scene. I'm so glad it didn't get cut!

I am the Location Manager from WarGames...and Beverly Hills Cop. Everything Eddie says is true. I think Eddie was perfectly cast and personally regret Marty Brest didn't finish the film. Though Badham's film was great..the harder edge Marty wanted was my preference. I liked Marty, but he was arrogant. He challenged Leonard Goldberg, the Producer, thinking they would never fire him. The day they did...on set...Marty was emotional. He deserves credit for much of the conception of the film and more importantly, the casting which he was in charge of.
When I worked with him on Beverly Hills Cop... he was still arrogant.
