MY ALL-TIME FAVORITE MOVIE IS THE BEATLES' FIRST FILM A HARD DAY'S NIGHT. THE BEATLES WERE AT THE PEAK OF THEIR EARLY POPULARITY WHEN THEY MADE THE FILM IN 1964. BUT WHEN THE PRODUCERS AT UNITED ARTISTS SCREENED THE FILM BEFORE IT'S RELEASE, THEY HAD A HARD TIME WITH THE FAB FOUR'S BROAD LIVERPOOL ACCENTS. THERE WAS ACTUALLY TALK OF GETTING FOUR AMERICAN ACTORS TO DUB IN THE BEATLES' VOICES. (THANK GOD THIS RIDICULOUS IDEA WAS NEVER PUT TO USE!!!)
